In viral news. The fun theory is everywhere. I LOVE SMART PEOPLE WITH CLEAVER IDEAS. The real question is, if any of these “fun tactics” were implemented permanently, would the behavoir continue or would people go back to resorting to old lazy ways?

I have a whole list of things to write about but I have to pace myself and manage my time wisely. Spending all day updated Slightly Overexposed isn’t the best strategy to finding work.
This morning I was up early cause the early bird catches the worm right? I came across this beautiful interactive music video from a Spanish band called Labuat. As my Spanish is only as good as my memory of grades 7 -11, I didn’t quiet understand it all BUT I still LOVED IT! Played it at least 10 times. Enjoy!
I have been spending a lot of time with my Google Analytics either at 12:00am or 9am. I love seeing where people find my website, their origin and which posts they gravitate towards. I noticed I get the most hits from “things to do” and “free”. So here’s my new weekly feature “Things To do On The Internet Free & Free”

CULTURE BUZZ In the emo corner of the internet, there is a Tumblr called Boner Party that posts amusing “anecdotes” about women. The name/ description alone should indicate that a bunch of people think it’s sexist, but anyway, such a debate has erupted. This BuzzFeed editor does not buy the sexism claims, but I also spend 40% of my working hours ogling Chris Pine. So. Boner Party is a great read, btw, if you don’t get offended by things.
CULTURE BUZZ A nifty little post-it-note stop motion created by Savannah College of Art and Design student Bang-yao Liu. If he can make something like this and still find time to do all that procrastinating, I feel like he’s in pretty good shape.

Slightly Overexposed Productions was founded with the intention of creating and sharing good stories in 2001. Since then it’s been an incubator for my countless ideas and the title as to which I have worked under for various freelance projects over the years.
I started my professional career as a Production Assistant on Jane Campion’s “IN THE CUT”. Yes, that’s the one where Meg Ryan gets naked. From there, I moved on and worked my way up the experience ladder from PA to Production/Post Production Coordinator to Associate Producer to occasional Editor. I have both corporate (Elm City Communications) and broadcast experience (MTV/VIACOM/USA Networks) and have been told on several occasions that I’m a pleasure to work with! Reliable, resourceful, deadline driven and a sense of humor to boot! Which comes in handy during hectic production schedules.
Taking a break from making short form videos for Web (iMentor, The Knot, Culture Catch) and TV, this past year I was one of the organizers for Tropfest NY. I coordinated all aspects of the event from the Film Submissions to the Event Staging to the VIP party. I also worked closely with the General Manager in securing Sponsorship and AD Sales.
I have also programed several film series (Love Actually, Animated Tales, Food N Film and A Day That Matters) for a private screening room in NYC. I love that I get to share great stories and promote local NY Independent Filmmakers.
My latest accomplishment is launching a film festival here in the US called Art By Chance. I partnered with the festival to help bring their International festival to New York, Boston and San Francisco. I secured a US Screening Sponsor, managed online and print marketing. In addition to this, I also organized the main screening in New York, in which I screened all the films and invited musicians to create impromptu soundtracks to the films live.
I’m always open to new projects and possible collaborations.
